We opened The Cozy Corner because we love drinking and sharing great coffee. In partnership with incredible producers and importers, we purchase exceptional green coffee and roast it for you, our customers and wholesale partners. We believe that sincere hospitality and unpretentious service is just as important as great tasting coffee–maybe even more important.
Our Coffee
The Cozy Corner sources the top 1% of beans to bring you simply the best coffee the world has to offer. Quality ingredients. Sustainably sourced. Roasted and hand-packed in Minneapolis. Any fresher, and they’d still be roasting.
We partnered with a hometown favorite, Chef Jenny Doe, to bring the story of The Cozy Corner to life, from seed to cup and beyond. We roast Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays, and there are large viewing windows to see the action.

Jack Smith
Born and raised in Seattle, Brendan spent seven years working in coffee in New York City, including helping to open and manage Joe Pro Shop. In 2013, he headed back West to open a modern café and roastery built on a healthy obsession with great tasting coffee and welcoming service. He’s happy to be home again, roasting and serving his favorite coffees in Pioneer Square.
